The Fine Print: Registration and Refund Policy
1. We require notice of cancellation of not less than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the program for full refund of fees paid.
2. Within 30 days, an administration fee of 20% of the full training course cost will be payable for cancellations due to good reason. If you have paid only a deposit you will still be required to pay 20% of the course fee.
3. A participant withdrawing from a course within 15 days will be given the option to transfer his/her training fees to another Advanced Transformations training course or to forfeit the fees.
4. If you are not 100% satisfied with the course, please let us know before the halfway point of the course and we will refund your fee in full. A participant withdrawing from a commenced training program for good reason (other than being dissatisfied with the training) will be refunded the remaining balance of program days less 20%.
5. Should a participant cancel or withdraw from a training course for other than good reason, then a transfer of fees or balance of fees less 20% administration fee will be made to a program of the participant’s nomination.
6. Should Advanced Transformations cancel or discontinue a course for any reason, a full refund will be made. In the event of rescheduling a program, the participant will be given a choice of full refund or transferral of fees to rescheduled dates.
