The course provides an overview on Time Line TherapyTM : what it is about and how it can benefit you. The most common roadblocks which stand in the way of making positive changes in our lives and achieving the outcomes we desire are related to past negative emotions (e.g. anger, sadness, fear and guilt), limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves, and unresolved internal conflict. The Unconscious Mind is the domain of our emotions and how we store our memories. If change could be implemented purely on the conscious level, all we would need to do is make a decision, announce it and it will be done. As we all know from unfulfilled New Year resolutions, it is not the case. Whatever changes we make today consciously have to be consistent with our past and the drivers at the unconscious level for the changes to stick.
